| Welcome to Safari Club International’s Convention Exhibitor Information page. The world’s largest international hunting show, SCI’s Annual Hunter’s Convention, will be held at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center (RSCC) in Reno, Nevada through the year 2011. The exhibit floor space of the RSCC is just over 600,000 sq. ft. with approximately 2,000 10ft x10ft (3.05m x 3.05m) dedicated booth spaces for the 2011 convention. |

| The annual hunters’ convention is Safari Club International’s largest fundraiser of the year. Your shared interest, commitment and valuable donation serve to protect our freedom to hunt, promote wildlife conservation, and manage hunter education programs and humanitarian services worldwide. |
| All necessary application and donation forms, as well as SCI exhibit policies and directives are available for downloading and customer use as related to official SCI business. The 2011 show floor plan is also available for viewing. Simply click on the appropriate link to access the information required by you. Please read all forms and documents regarding SCI show management policies, guidelines and directives prior to submission of all applicable documents to SCI. |
| It is the responsibility of all returning and new exhibitors to submit their booth application in a timely manner. The 2011 Booth Applications & Deposit Agreement form will not be accepted without full payment of the 50% booth deposit fee included, as SCI is under no obligation to honor any application without initial payment fee. |

| SCI does not assume your attendance if an application is not on file. Booth placement is predicated upon our ranking system based on accumulated priority points allocated from year to year. SCI does not guarantee the availability of booth space to any exhibitor. Further, SCI reserves the right to administer booth space at its discretion. |
| Please be aware that early submission of the application and donation documents will ensure your company full advertising exposure of its donation. Early submission deadline of your valuable donation is prior to 1 July. Full payment of cash donations, and booth and insurance fees are due 30 days after exhibit contract date or 1 September, whichever occurs first. The final deadline for the submission of donations is 1 SEPTEMBER. Only cash donations will be accepted after the 1 September donation deadline. SCI reserves the right to apply late fees to payments received after established due dates. |
