The following SCI Convention forms are available for download and customer use as related to the annual convention and conducting official SCI exhibit business. A brief explanation of each form, policy or guideline is provided, however for specific information please open the respective document and read the document carefully.
Returning Exhibitors: It is extremely important company information remains the same while exhibiting at the annual SCI Convention as this will allow for accurate tracking of priority points and ranking status for yearly booth placement. Any change to company information, i.e. company name, address, and telephone number, contact person or ownership changes, requires the submission to an approval of SCI. To protect the interests of exhibitors, attendees and SCI alike we may request additional written correspondence on any company change involving ownership or a company name.
SCI Convention - Booth Application & Deposit Agreement (click to view)
This form is used by returning exhibitors to apply for the yearly convention. A 50% booth deposit fee of the standard booth cost is required. The application does not constitute a SCI contract; rather the application strictly serves as intent of attendance to the convention. See form for additional details.
|
SCI Convention - Company Change of Information Sheet (click to view)
This form serves as the official documentation of a change of company information in regard to contact, ownership, company name, address, telephone or e-mail change. A change of company ownership does not constitute automatic continuance of SCI business relations and will have to be reviewed and approved by SCI prior to continuing a business relationship. Points and ranking are not automatically transferable upon the sale or change of ownership of an exhibiting company. See form for additional details.

Prospective Exhibitors: SCI is first and foremost a hunters’ convention thus all new companies must clearly show a shared view and relationship of SCI’s interests: protect our freedom to hunt, promote wildlife conservation, and manage hunter education programs and humanitarian services worldwide. Prospective (New) exhibitors will be considered for booth placement AFTER all returning and ranked companies have been placed. Submission of a booth application agreement, deposit and donation commitment must be completed before a prospective company will be considered for booth placement. To assist SCI in the selection process you must include brochures, catalogs, pictures, pricing lists, company ownership, professional hunting or guide license, and website information along with the application and donor documents. Competition for available booths, if any, is extremely fierce; thus help yourself and provide us with as much information as possible to assist us in our decision making process. All prospective companies with valid documentation will be placed on a waiting list. SCI will consider the acceptance of new exhibitors for space upon the following prioritization :
a) The type of product or service offered. First consideration will be given to companies whose product or service is most closely aligned with the interests of SCI and its membership base.
b) The type and value of the donation offered in conjunction with their request.
c) The date of deposit.
